Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our marketing efforts, supporting content creation, campaign execution, and brand visibility. If you’re passionate about marketing, possess strong creative skills, and have experience in digital and print advertising, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop, execute, and optimise email campaigns and automated flows.
    • Manage sign-up forms, audience segmentation, and list management.
    • Monitor and analyse email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Social Media Content:
    • Edit and create engaging imagery for various social media platforms.
    • Plan, film, and edit videos tailored to social media and website content.
  • Team Rider Communication:
    • Maintain regular communication with team riders to gather content, updates, and insights.
    • Monitor riders' social media channels to ensure alignment with brand messaging and to share relevant content.
  • Website Content:
    • Assist in maintaining and enhancing website content, focusing on imagery and layout.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure the website aligns with brand standards.
  • Photography and Videography:
    • Organise and execute photoshoots and video shoots.
    • Capture high-quality photos and videos for use across digital and print mediums.
  • Advertising:
    • Design and produce both digital and print advertisements.
    • Coordinate with platforms and publishers to ensure effective ad placement.
  • Blog and Content Creation:
    • Write and edit engaging blog posts.
    • Curate and repurpose content provided by riders and brand ambassadors.
    • Create content in alignment with Brand guidelines.
  • Show and Event Support:
    • Assist with stand designs and layouts for shows and events.
    • Create marketing materials and promotional content to support event participation.
    • Attend shows and events to provide on-site marketing, help on sales and logistical support.

Qualifications and Skills:

Mandatory

  • A degree or strong foundation in Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role within marketing, content creation, or advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Klaviyo email marketing platform.
  • Familiarity with Shopify for website content management systems.

Desirable

  • Photography and videography skills, including editing software experience.
  • Familiarity with GA4 platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Flexible and willing to travel on short notice for events, photoshoots, or other business needs.
  • A keen interest or background in watersports and/or sailing is highly advantageous.
