Returning and item

  1. Fill out the returns form. (Download it here if needed.)
  2. Use this link to the Royal Mail returns page and follow the instructions.
  3. For international returns, fill out the returns form and send the item back using your preferred courier. We recommend using a tracked service for secure return shipping.

Prize Exchanges

For prize exchanges, please contact the event organiser. Rooster does not handle prize exchanges directly.

For Amazon returns

Process returns directly through your Amazon account.

 

FAQs

  • Is the return process free?
    Using Royal Mail costs £4.50 (deducted from your refund). Alternatively, return at your own expense using a tracked service.

  • Can I exchange an item?
    No exchanges are offered. Return the unwanted item and place a new order.

  • Items Purchased from Stockists?
    Contact the stockist directly for their return process.

  • What Items are Returnable?

    • Non-customised items within 30 days, unused, and in original packaging.
    • Customised items (e.g., custom clothing, cut rope, splicing work) cannot be returned.

  • Prize Won at an Event?
    Contact the event organiser for exchanges. Rooster cannot process prize exchanges.
