How to Make Your Event Go Further: The Rooster Prize 2024/5 Scheme Guide

At Rooster, it is imperative to us that we're able to support our community on the water, regardless of your budget or event type. That’s why we have been running our Prize Scheme for the past five years, to give access to brilliant prizes and opportunities to events and clubs of all sizes, no matter the occasion.

As the sponsorship coordinator at Rooster, I know that our support to clubs and classes is always in high demand. By sticking to our Rooster ethos, we make sure we can lend a hand as much as possible when it's needed. I've put together a handy guide to demonstrate how we operate our scheme and to give you some inspiration on what to reward your participants with.

We hope this helps you put together a fantastic event and we look forward to hearing from you to see how we can help.

Overview

Our prize scheme is designed to get you a structured discounted price on Rooster specific/branded products.

How does it work and what do you need to do to get started?

The Rooster 2024/5 Prize Scheme

Read the latest Rooster Prize Scheme Terms and Conditions & then complete the online form and submit this to Rooster for approval.

Once approved, Rooster will then send your details of the level of support we can offer, and how to place an order.  This done via a single online order at the Rooster website where you shop for your prizes (and check stock levels), just as you would when you shop for yourself.

Below, I've put together some budget level options, I hope this helps you come up with some ideas to get you started. Click on the image to view full product details and prices.

Top tips to create a smooth ordering process for your committee:

    • Plan ahead, make sure you request to access the prize scheme with at least 2 weeks until you need items in hand. Factoring in potential stock gaps and rare delivery delays helps ease the stress of organising the event.
    • If possible, we recommend you avoid ordering prizes with specific sizes, unless you’re certain on the size demographic (for example, a junior fleet) to avoid items not fitting and then having to exchange it.
    • You can order gift vouchers to minimise risk of kit not fitting and we can do this on a 20% off offer (subject to approval) and have sent via email your Rooster gift vouchers direct to (and print out if required) to present at your prize giving etc. Please also make the request with 2 weeks notice.

You can also request to book out feather flags, table cloths and Rooster shopping bags, please notify in your request whether these would be required.
